Purchasing Terms
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Agnez Eyewear will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or if you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below.
If an order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons: the product you have ordered is unavailable from stock; we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; a pricing or product description error has been identified.
If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by email.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include VAT.
All goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
For products that are faulty, please contact agnezeyewear@gmail.com and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Prices are stated per item unless otherwise specified.
All prices shown exclude delivery charges. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
We accept payments via Squarespace Payments.

Cancellation of an order
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched, which is within 24 hours of placing your order. To do so, please email us at agnezeyewear@gmail.com
Delivery
Goods will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering. If you wish to amend the delivery address, you may email us at agnezeyewear@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We ship within the UK only.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide an accurate and valid email address and other contact details, and to inform us of any changes to them.
