  • Agnez Eyewear really wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return and send it back to us. Please contact us at agnezeyewear@gmail.com with your request. Once approved you will be able to return the product back to us.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us at agnezeyewear@gmail.com. Please note that approved frames can only be exchanged once and cannot be returned after the exchange.
