Returns and Exchanges

Agnez Eyewear really wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return and send it back to us. Please contact us at agnezeyewear@gmail.com with your request. Once approved you will be able to return the product back to us.

When you return an item, please post it back using registered post, as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items.

We will be happy to make a refund – provided the items are returned in perfect condition and still in their original packaging.

Exchanges are also available. To request an exchange, please contact us at agnezeyewear@gmail.com. Please note that approved frames can only be exchanged once and cannot be returned after the exchange.

Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any return of more than 3 frames would lead to restocking fees of £10 per returned frame.
